Refund and Exchange policy

For a refund or exchange request, please contact us first and inform us with reasons for processing.

Refunds are only allowed while the courier is at your door during the delivery process, you are allowed to try on the items while the courier is waiting at your doorstep.
Exchanges are available within 3 days of your purchase.

The courier will receive from you the product only if it was in the same condition as it was delivered, including the packaging and price tag attached to the item.

As the return takes place, product will be checked by company that it’s in the same condition as it was delivered, otherwise refund or exchange will be declined.

Time frame of delivery will be from 3 to 7 days.

Shipment fees are included in spite of refund or exchange.
